Visa Requirements

Participants from Schengen countries, the United States, and Japan do not require a visa to travel to Greece. For US and Japanese citizens, this exemption applies for stays of up to 90 days.

Participants from other countries are advised to consult the Greek Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence to determine whether a visa or a formal letter of invitation is required.

Invitation Letters

If a letter of invitation is required for your visa application, please contact the Local Organizing Committee.

Participants are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time prior to the meeting, as the preparation of the invitation letter and the overall visa application process may require several weeks.

Requests should include your full name, affiliation, passport details, and presentation status (if applicable).
