There are various ways to reach Kasos
By boat:
From Piraeus Port of Athens by Blue Star Ferries with three Schedules per week.
From Rodos by Blue Star Ferries with four Schedules per week
From Crete, (Rethymno, Sitia) frequent Schedules
By Plane:
From Athens International Airport frequent flights.
Also there are flights from Thessaloniki, Rodos and Sitia.

Comment: The Athens route, departing from the Port of Piraeus to Kasos,
operates every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while the return route
from Kasos to Piraeus operates every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
Kasos is also served by air through flights from the airports of Sitia
and Karpathos. Both Sitia and Karpathos can be reached by flights from
Athens, although flight frequency, connections, and waiting times vary
from day to day. Flights to Kasos are mainly operated by Aegean
Airlines/Olympic Air and SKY express.
For Karpathos, 2026 schedules list direct or seasonal connections
between Karpathos and several countries, including Austria, Czechia,
Germany, Israel, Italy, and the Netherlands, in addition to domestic
Greek routes.
Alternatively, Kasos can be reached by ferry from the ports of Karpathos
and Sitia. The ferry trip from these ports to Kasos usually takes
approximately 1h 30m to 2h 30m.
