Accommodations
The conference hotel is the Corfu Holiday Palace.
The prices are per person per night and for bookings before August 10, 2016.
Please note that September is one of the busiest months in Corfu. The demand
for hotel rooms and accommodations during September is very high. We
encourage you to book an accommodation as soon as possible after your registration.
For reservations please fill in the corresponding booking form and send it by fax or email
directly to the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled or modified more than 15 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be charged.
If cancelled or modified less than 15 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Payment in full is required 10 days before the arrival.

Low Cost Package
The Institute offers a low cost package which includes:
This package is mainly addressed to students and young scientists and the cost is 80 €/night, e.g.:

Payments for the low cost package must be transferred to the NTUA bank account shown in this form.
The registration fee is waived for the young scientists who choose the low cost package.
If you ask for the low cost package, you have to select it on the Registration Form.
In that case, the hotel will be reserved for you by the organizers.
