Registers that were changed by the instruction executed last appear in the enhanced foreground color, which you specify by selecting Options > GUI Preferences. See GUI Preferences Dialog Box.

Modify |
Opens the Modify Register dialog box. Alternatively, you can double-click a line to open this dialog box. You can use this dialog box to modify register values. |
Update All |
Polls the current values of all registers from the target. The contents is not changed by this operation. |
Show Memory |
Opens a Memory window displaying the address the register contents is pointing to. |
Copy |
Copies the selected line to the clipboard. |
Copy All |
Copies all registers of the selected register group to the clipboard. |
Select All |
Selects all lines. |
