PXFGETEGID (L*X, M*X)

POSIX Subroutine: Gets the effective group ID of the current process.

Syntax

CALL PXFGETEGID (iegid,ierror)

iegid

(Output) INTEGER(4). The returned effective group ID.

ierror

(Output) INTEGER(4). The error status.

Description

If successful, ierror is set to zero; otherwise, an error code.

The effective ID corresponds to the set ID bit on the file being executed.
