We are happy to announce four new postdoctoral openings to work as part of a new collaboration, PanScales, focused on developing parton shower simulations, their connection to analytic resummation, and related phenomenology. The senior members of the team are Gavin Salam (Oxford), Mrinal Dasgupta (Manchester), Keith Hamilton (UCL), and Gregory Soyez (Saclay). Presently, we are recruiting for two positions in Oxford, one in Manchester, and one in UCL. Applications to all three institutions are strongly encouraged and should be made independently via each university’s online recruitment system (or academic jobs online for the Oxford post). The relevant recruitment webpages, including details of each post, and how to apply in each case, are reachable via the following links: Oxford (https://inspirehep.net/record/1696782) Manchester (http://inspirehep.net/record/1699365) UCL (http://inspirehep.net/record/1698362) The posts are funded by the ERC, the Royal Society and the STFC. We would be grateful if you could bring these new openings to the attention of any potentially interested researchers. All informal enquiries are very welcome.
