In the framework of the French Excellence Initiative ENIGMASS, a consortium of four laboratories (LAPP, LAPTh, LPSC and LSM), we are seeking candidates for a post-doctoral position at LAPTh Annecy. Priority will be given to applicants with expertise on precision calculations (QCD and electroweak higher order corrections) with applications to LHC physic. Applications from candidates working on LHC Phenomenology in a broader sense will also be considered. A good knowledge or familiarity with HEP Monte-Carlo generators, tools or techniques will be a bonus. The successful candidate will join a team of theorists at LAPTh, in particular the permanent members of LAPTh (G. Belanger, F. Boudjema, C. Delaunay, D. Guadagnoli, J.P. Guillet, B. Herrmann, E. Pilon and E. Re). Collaboration with theorists at LPSC Grenoble and with experimentalists in ATLAS (LAPP Annecy and LPSC Grenoble) is foreseen. The fellowship is awarded for a period of two years. Applications are to be made at https://academicjobsonline.org/ajo/jobs/10426 Applications will be reviewed starting Dec. 11 2017. It is therefore highly advisable that the recommendation letters have reached by then. Submissions will remain open until the position is filled. Contact: F. Boudjema, boudjema@lapth.cnrs.fr
